What "excess inventory" covers
Excess inventory is any saleable merchandise that has outgrown its place in your business. For us that includes six situations: closeouts, overstocks, overruns, discontinued products, packaging changes and canceled orders. If your goods fit one of those, we want to see the list.
How to choose an excess inventory buyer
Not every buyer is the same. Before you sell, it is worth asking a few plain questions:
- How long have they been doing this? SHK Sales was founded in 1988, more than 30 years ago.
- Can they pay, and when? We are well funded and pay cash upfront for retail products.
- Can they handle your size? We buy from a few pallets up to multiple truckloads.
- Will they take the whole lot? One buyer for everything saves you from selling the leftovers again.
What we need from you
A good first message is short: what the products are, how many you have, what condition they are in and where they are. A spreadsheet, a line sheet or a few photos is plenty to start. We review it fast and come back with a cash offer. If the lot is large or mixed, we may ask a few follow-up questions about case packs, pallet counts or packaging before we put a number on it. Then, once we agree, you get paid upfront and we pick it up.
Who sells excess inventory to us
We work with all size businesses: manufacturers, big box stores, online sellers and small businesses, including companies that are closing and need to clear everything. See industries we work with.
Built on honesty and integrity
SHK Sales was founded on the principles of honesty and integrity, and our motto is simple: we think fast, we act fast, we pay fast. You get a clear offer, and when we agree, you get paid.
