One buyer, one offer, one payment
Selling an inventory piece by piece means many buyers, many invoices and a pile of leftovers nobody wants at the end. A full buyout replaces all of that with a single offer on the whole lot. You get your cash upfront, your space back and a clean finish.
When a full buyout makes sense
- Business closing: we work with companies that are closing and need to clear their inventory.
- Exiting a category: a retailer or brand is leaving a product line.
- Warehouse consolidation: two locations become one, and the extra goods have to go.
- Deadline pressure: a lease, a move or a season ending sets the clock.
Keep it simple for your team
A whole-inventory sale is easier on everyone involved. Your staff deals with one buyer instead of many. Your accounting sees one payment instead of a stream of small ones. And at the end there are no leftovers to sell again. We have done this for more than 30 years, and we know the value of a deal that is clear from the start.
Why we can take on whole lots
SHK Sales has been buying closeouts since 1988. We are reputable and well funded, which is what a buyout needs: the ability to commit to the full lot and pay for it upfront. We work with manufacturers, big box stores, online sellers and small businesses.
Preparing a buyout list
For a whole-inventory offer, the best list covers everything in one file: SKU or description, quantity, condition and location. Mixed categories are fine. Add photos of the warehouse or shelves so we can see the scale. Our inventory list guide shows what to include, and the pallet and truckload page covers larger loads.
